Submitting a request
If you wish to submit a request for a project to be carried out by Grammarkable, the process is very simple. Firstly, you must be registered with Grammarkable (it is free to register and only takes a few minutes). Once you are registered, simply login, then go to the Upload page. Depending on the type of service you require, complete the fields on relevant pricing calculator and click the Submit button. Then upload your files using one of the many options available (more information about how to upload files below).
Uploading files
Uploading files is very easy. Simply go to the Upload page (you must have a registered account with Grammarkable), then choose your method from our range of options. Our preferred method for receiving files, is SendThisFile, which offers 256-bit encrypted uploads and transfers, with no restrictions to file size. In addition, you do not need to have an account with SendThisFile to send or receive files. Alternatively, you may also upload your files by using DropBox, Google Drive or WeTransfer (you may need to login, or register if you do not already have an account either of these services).
Using the calculators
We have pricing calculators on our website, which can be used simply to get an estimate of how much a project may cost, or to submit a request for Grammarkable to carry out a project. The calculators may be used freely, with no obligation to use our services. However, if you do wish for Grammarkable to carry out a project for you, please complete all of the fields and click on the “submit” button.
Making a payment
Payments should be made within 7 days of a client receiving their completed work from Grammarkable. Making a payment is very easy. Just go to the Payments page (you must be logged in) and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to enter your order number and the payment amount, both of which can be found on your invoice. When making a payment, please ensure that you use the same email address that you used to register with Grammarkable, as this will make it easier to identify your payment. All payments made on our website are safe and secure.
